People say they like our selling process. I'm pretty sure that's because we don't try to sell you anything.
When my wife and I started this company ten years ago, I had to become the salesperson. That was tough because I don't like the sales tactics used in this industry.
A salesperson that uses those tactics with me never gets my business, because I consider them dishonest.
From the beginning our plan has been to rely on happy customers to spread the word. You don't make anyone happy by being dishonest.
You don't get a prize for spending your money with us. C'mon, that stuff isn't free, and we both know who's paying for it.
If you say it's too much and I drop the price ten percent, what does that mean? To me it means the bill was padded, which in essence means I was lying to you. We also don't quote low and then raise the price after we get started. The quoted price is the real price.
Integrity is the founding principle of our company. I wanted customers to use it to put us under the microscope. I didn't know how else to say it except, well, just saying it.
I guess over time "Craftsmen with Integrity" has become our slogan. But it's for real.
But we sell the same way that we like to be sold. And our do-unto-others philosophy carries over to our Low-Stress Building Process.

You'll like how we do business.
